Keyser Cadillac
At our investigation at the old Keyser Cadillac building, which is now Shannon Enterprise a couple of our investigators had some very interesting personal experiences.
In preparation for us being there the manager had made sure all of the machinery was completely turned off. While Dennis was alone up in the room where most of the activity is reported one machine went off for about 30 seconds. It was a very load hissing sound and needless to say it scared the crap out of him. So we had the manager come up and turn on one of the machines that he thought it was, but we were unable to recreate whatever it was that Dennis herd. We did however get the sound and Dennis’s reaction on audio.
Neil and Katie also had a very interesting experience that night. While walking past a locked office (another location said to have had sighting of figures walking by) they both saw a light flash in the office. So they knocked on the door thinking someone was in there. We told the manager what had happened so he came up and unlocked the office so we could see if there was anything in there to create what they saw. Neil stood outside the office while we went in and closed the door and turned off the different lights in there. When we pulled the string on a desk lamp, Neil confirmed that that is the light they saw flash. The entire time we had a camera pointed at this office, so we were pretty sure that we had caught something. But come to find out when we reviewed the tape we only caught the light when we actually went in and turned it on. Although we did see Neil and Katie’s reaction to seeing the light, the camera did not pick the light that they saw. This is puzzling to us. Perhaps if this was some kind of ball of light or an energy in that locked room the camera may not have been able to capture it. But I guess we will never actually know what it is they saw.
We did capture a EVP that night though, you can listen to it in our EVP section.
Riviera Theatre
We investigated the Riviera Theatre for a documentary on Haunted Theaters in Western NY we are working on with Bob Kupczyk.
Our first visit there, for the most part was pretty uneventful. But at one point during the night Jimmy and Nick were sitting up on the balcony, they both saw a black shadowy figure appear to have been sitting on the steps in the balcony stand up and walk away. Jimmy shined his flash light on the figure expecting to see another one of our investigators. Nick was also up there with him saw the exact same thing.
Then a little later in the night, again Jimmy and Nick were up on the balcony alone. They were both sitting in the seats up there, Nick a row in front of Jimmy when all of a sudden a seat behind Jimmy slammed up as if someone had been sitting there with them and stood up. Jim and Nick are 99% sure that when they sat down all of the seats were in their normal up right positions.
Unfortunately only their reactions were caught on the audio recordings and we were not able to use this as actual evidence, but it was enough to make us want to go back a second time. While on that visit we didn’t have no many personal experiences, we did capture an EVP which you can listen to in our EVP section

Background Info:
Jim and I investigated this house on Easter, although we might have gotten one EVP the evidence was corrupted because of conversations going on in the living room. So we decided to come back while the owners were out of town and had the owner’s sister let us in.
The owner of the house grew up in the house and his father died when he was young. He thought that his father might still be in the house with them. He claims to see "orbs" in the dinning room and some times see things out of the corner of his eye while in the upstairs hallway. They also report hearing random noises in the house as well. Upon arriving at the house we were told that the basement had been the fathers favorite place and he was always working down there.
Based on the information we got from the family we decided where we would focus our investigation.
Investigation:
We arrived at the house at about 8:00 pm. Since there were 6 of us there we split up into3 groups. Shelly and I went up stairs in the master bedroom where the owners sleep (also where the owner’s father used to sleep) with a digital recorder and asked some questions. Jay and Tom were in the basement and attic taking pictures and doing some EVP work. And Jim and Joe set up a video camera, took pictures and also did EVP work. After about 45 minutes and a few personal experiences we decided to take a break and leave our camera and recorders running while we went out side and to get some air. And we used this time to let one or two investigators go back inside and investigate alone. After about 2 hours we figured we had enough footage to go over and packed up.
Results:
We did get one interesting picture. (Click here to see it) There appears to be a black shadowy figure manifesting in front of Jimmy. Joe took the picture just as Jimmy had a spike on his EMF detector. Pictures were taken directly before and after and that was the only one with the figure it in. If you notice the other pictures are rather bright while that picture seems to have the shadow cast over the entire thing. Also we find it odd that the shadow is in front of the white cord. We also tried to debunk the photo by place fingers in front of the camera and such but we could not come up with any explanation for the figure.

Shelly and I did get some very awesome EVP's in the bedroom. We were in there for about 30 min with the recorder. We asked some questions and we just talking to each other most of the time. While we were joking about the TV show "My Fair Brady" on VH1, we got a male voice saying "That’s Funny" twice. And a few others go to the EVP section to hear the rest. We are positive that these are real EVP because while they were recorded mine and Shelly were the only two in the room with the door shut and the rest of the team was in the basement.
The strange thing about them is that in the clearer ones they almost sound like the owner’s voice but it is impossible for it to be the owner since he was out of town while we were there. When we showed them to the owner and his sister they thought so too, and figured it might have been their father, but neither one of them remember what his voice sounded like.
Case #2 - 57th street Niagara Falls, NY

Background Info:
The house was built in 1890 and looks like it was probably a bed and breakfast at one time. It had a ton of bed rooms and an apartment on the 3 floor. We are also told that the 2 of the previous owners died in the house. A new family just bought the home, and has been doing a little remodeling. A lot of painting and new dry wall so they house was pretty dusty from the work that had been going on. A friend of theirs (and ours) waked in to the house and opened a folding door that goes to the living room and saw a large white mass come at her and then disappeared. It freaked her out pretty bad, so we went to check it out a few nights later.
Investigation:
We arrived at the house at about 11:30 pm. We set up a video camera with night vision in the living room where the sighting occurred, and split up into 2 groups. Jim, Ken and I went up to the second floor and we felt a little uneasy in the front hall way and an empty bedroom. We did some EVP work in there for a while Joe and Tom were doing a sweep of the basement and living area. Me and ken were taking pictures like mad men. While upstairs Jim got an EMF spike in the one door way, but it was quickly debunked on the account that there was a light switch on the other side of the wall. We were only there for about an hour feeling like we pretty much did every thing we could.
Results:
No pictures
No video
1 possible EVP. Not anything great, just a very faint whisper that we cannot make out.
Since we went in so early and there wasn’t really too much to investigate, we decided to just keep in touch with the owners too see if anything else in the house happens and then we might go back.
Case #1 - Jam House Buffalo, NY

Background Info:
We couldn’t find any real history about the place. Jay's (one of our investigators) band rents out a room in this house and the owner claimed to have seen something in a room in the attic, and there’s just an over all feeling of something there with you.
Investigation:
We arrived at the house at about midnight. Our first thoughts were that the house was defiantly creepy. Long narrow hallways, lots of rooms and scary stairs. We could defiantly see feeling uneasy here whether it was haunted or not. The only draw back of the night was that there was a band practicing so we were worried about any EVP evidence we might get. We were there for about an hour. We split up into two groups and took turns in the basement and attic. We left the house pretty sure we didn’t get anything ghostly....
Results:
No pictures.
No video.
We did get 3 EVP's though. Which was very surprising since the music was playing. We got a voice saying "Go" and another mumble in the basement. Then a voice saying "That’s..." (We think maybe "that’s loud") in the attic. We can only hear them with the head phones though. Defiantly not the best EVP's but more then enough reason to schedule another investigation.
